    If you want fresh sheets, the beds must be stripped of used linens prior to service. Fresh linens should be left out and accessible (two different pricing)
  • ❄️ Inside Refrigerator Cleaning (Clear food/drinks, etc. if occupy)
  • 🧊 Inside Freezer Cleaning (must be fully defrosted prior to service and clear food/drinks, etc. if occupy)
  • 🪟 Interior Windows (reachable only)
  • 🪟 Blinds & Shutters (hand-dusted or wiped)
  • 🧹 Baseboards & Trim Detailing
  • 🚪 Doors & Door Frames
  • 🧺 Interior Cabinets & Drawers (must be emptied only a move out/in, exterior in a lived in home only)
  • 🐾 Pet Hair Removal (excess hair on furniture and floors – Extra time and tools for homes with shedding pets)
  • 🌀 Ceiling Fan Cleaning – Dust and buildup carefully removed from fan blades and light fixtures (reachable with our ladder). Helps reduce dust circulating through your home.

  • 🌬️ Vents (Dust and debris removed from vents and returns to improve air flow)
    Pricing based on number of vents – Please Note:
    We do not remove, replace, or install air filters. Vent filter replacement is the homeowner’s responsibility or hire a professional HVAC.

  • 🧹 Baseboards, Doors & Door Frames & Trim Detailing (Perfect for touch-ups or seasonal refreshes)

  • 🪟 Glass Sliding Door Cleaning – Interior & exterior sliding glass doors/panels wiped and polished to remove fingerprints, smudges, and buildup for a crystal-clear shine.

🚫 Services We Do Not Offer

For safety and service-scope reasons, the following are not included and not available as add-ons:

  • 🚗 Garages
  • 🍽️ Dishes
  • 🌿 Porches, patios, or exterior areas
  • 🪜 Exterior or high-reach windows
  • 🛠️ Heavy lifting or moving of large furniture
  • ☣️ Mold, biohazard, or hazardous cleanup
  • 🪳 Pest or rodent cleanup

🛑 Important Safety Notice

If pests, rodents, droppings, nests, or spiders and heavy spider webs are present at the time of service:

  • Cleaning cannot be completed
  • The visit may be rescheduled
  • A cancellation or trip fee may apply ($40)

All pest control and extermination must be handled by a licensed pest control company prior to scheduling cleaning services.
