📄 Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

Insurance allows us to operate responsibly and gives our clients peace of mind knowing they are working with a properly insured professional cleaning company.

🧰 Professional Equipment & Supplies

🧽 We provide our own professional-grade cleaning equipment and supplies.
🚫 For liability and safety reasons, we do not use client-provided equipment or products, unless agreed upon in writing.
🧴 Our products are selected to be effective while safe for residential use.

If client-supplied equipment or products are used at the client’s request, Kyles Kleaning Services is not responsible for equipment malfunction, breakage, or results.

⚠️ Liability Limitations

🛠️ We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, or fragile items.
🏺 Clients are responsible for securing valuables, heirlooms, or fragile décor before service.
🪟 Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service to be eligible for review.

Our team follows careful cleaning practices, but some items or surfaces may be delicate due to age, condition, or materials.
