📦 Please pick up personal items such as toys, clothes, papers, and loose belongings before your scheduled cleaning.
🧽 We do not offer organizing services. Time spent moving or sorting items reduces the time available for cleaning.
⏱️ Excessive clutter may limit the areas we are able to clean during your appointment.

🪟 Furniture, Windows & Blind Access

Access to windows, windowsills, and blinds is important for proper cleaning.

🛏️ Large furniture (beds, dressers, couches) placed directly in front of windows can make blinds and windowsills difficult to reach.
🚪 For safety reasons, our team may not be able to move heavy furniture.
🧼 When access is limited, we will do our best to clean what is safely reachable, but full cleaning of those areas may not be possible.
