We understand that schedules and circumstances can change, and we always aim to be fair, respectful, and transparent.

📅 Client Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice Required:
    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.
  • 💲 $40 Cancellation Fee:
    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $40 cancellation fee, as this time has been reserved specifically for your home.
  • 🚨 Emergency Exception:
    If an emergency arises, please notify us as soon as possible. Emergency situations are reviewed case by case, and the cancellation fee may be waived when appropriate.

🤒 Cleaner Health & Rescheduling Policy

  • 🧑‍⚕️ If a scheduled cleaner is ill, we will notify you promptly.
  • 🔄 We will either:
    • Send a qualified replacement cleaner who is healthy and available, or
    • Reschedule your appointment at no charge if a replacement is not available.
  • 💙 Your health and safety — as well as the well-being of our team — is always our priority.
