At Kyles Kleaning Services, we provide professional, consistent residential cleaning. The policies below clearly outline what is included, what is excluded, and how to prepare for service to ensure the best results for your home and our team.

🧹 General Areas

✔️ Dusting furniture and shelves
✔️ Dusting blinds, light fixtures, and ceiling fans (reachable)
✔️ Baseboards (dusting or light wipe as needed)
✔️ Window sills and reachable ledges

🧼 Surfaces

✔️ Countertops
✔️ Tables, desks, and fixtures
✔️ Appliance exteriors only
✔️ High-touch surfaces

🚿 Bathrooms (Top to Bottom)

✔️ Toilets (inside & outside)
✔️ Showers and tubs
✔️ Sinks and fixtures
✔️ Mirrors
✔️ Countertops and accessible surfaces

🍽️ Kitchen

✔️ Sinks
✔️ Front/exterior of cabinets
✔️ Appliance exteriors (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher)
✔️ Countertops and backsplashes (light wipe as needed)
✔️ Light stovetop cleaning (no heavy buildup)

🧽 Floors

✔️ Vacuuming carpets and rugs
✔️ Mopping hard floors (tile, laminate, vinyl, hardwood where applicable) unless otherwise requested by client not to vacuum/mop (prices will still be the same)

❌ WHAT WE DO NOT CLEAN (DON’TS)

🚫 Laundry Services

Washing, drying, folding, ironing, or handling personal laundry is not included in residential cleaning services.

🚫 Biohazards – blood, bodily fluids, human or animal waste
🚫 Pet waste or accidents (urine, feces, vomit) – requires specialized training/equipment
🚫 Excessive mold – must be handled by licensed mold remediation professionals
🚫 High or dangerous areas, including chandeliers, tall ledges, ceiling features, and tops of cabinets unless safely reachable by ladder and approved
🚫 Inside ovens and refrigerators – available only as Deep Clean add-ons
🚫 Walls – due to paint finishes and risk of peeling or damage
🚫 Carpets, rugs, or couches – require professional extraction services
🚫 Homes with unsafe conditions, excessive buildup, or construction dust without prior approval
